The Tony Cote Winter/Summer Games formerly known as the Saskatchewan First Nation Winter/Summer Games was initiated in 1974 by Chief Tony Cote and the Council of the Cote First Nation and their membership. That'll be changing next week when the James Smith Cree Nation hosts the games in Saskatoon. Thousands of athletes aged 12 to 18 will be competing in hockey, basketball, volleyball.. Evaluation camps for athletes wishing to compete in the Tony Cote Winter Games will begin November 19th.
